At Momentum Supply Chain, our priority is to provide reliable sourcing and distribution services for e-commerce and retail businesses. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy:
1. General Policy
- All sales are considered final once an order is confirmed and shipped.
- Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases where products are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or overstock.
- Products delayed due to manufacturer or distributor lead times.
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery.
- Inability to sell products on Amazon or any other marketplace. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are authorized and eligible to sell the products before purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing [your email] with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect products
- A detailed description of the issue
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a credit toward future orders.
3. Return Conditions
- All authorized returns must be in original, unopened packaging.
- Returns must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving return approval.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
- Refunds (when approved) will be issued as either:
- Store credit toward future purchases, or
- A refund to the original payment method (processing time: 7–10 business days).
- Partial refunds may be applied if returned goods are not in resalable condition.
5. Special Orders & MOQs
- Orders placed under Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) agreements, bulk imports, or special product sourcing are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of supplier/manufacturer error.
6. 3PL & Fulfillment Services (if applicable)
- Service fees for storage, pick & pack, and fulfillment are non-refundable once billed.
- If products stored in our 3PL facility are damaged due to our handling, we will cover replacement or reimbursement based on documented product value.
