  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in your order.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. The available shipping options are displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
    • Standard Shipping: typically takes 5–7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: typically takes 2–3 business days.
    • Overnight Shipping: available in select regions.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text (depending on your selection at checkout).

  • You can use the tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • International Shipping: We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, and select countries in Latin America and Europe. International shipping may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • P.O. Boxes: Some shipping carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please check the available shipping options during checkout.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


6. Order Delays

While we strive to meet the expected shipping times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Carrier delays

In the event of a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Momentum Supply Chain is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If your order is insured, you may be able to file a claim with the carrier.


8. Shipping Insurance

  • For added protection, we offer shipping insurance at checkout.

  • This covers potential loss or damage during transit.


9. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.

  • In such cases, Momentum Supply Chain will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
